When enough Stones of Jordan (SoJs) are sold to vendors on a given server, Uber Diablo (Diablo Clone) spawns in place of the next Super Unique monster you encounter. He drops the Annihilus small charm — the only source of +1 All Skills, +10-20 All Attributes, +10-20 All Resistances, and 5-10% XP gain on a small charm.

1) Terror gazes upon Sanctuary → 2) Terror approaches → 3) Terror is about to be unleashed → 4) Terror spreads across → 5) Terror is at hand → 6) Diablo has invaded Sanctuary. DClone spawns when you encounter any Super Unique monster in your current Hell difficulty game while the server walk is at 6/6.

Monitor the tracker. When your region hits 5/6, join a Hell difficulty game immediately. Kill any Super Unique (Eldritch, Shenk, Pindle) and DClone will spawn in its place. He's level 110 with heavy fire/lightning damage — bring max resistances and life tap.

Each combination of region (AM/EU/AS) × mode (Ladder/Non-Ladder) × type (Softcore/Hardcore) tracks SoJ sales independently. Selling SoJs on US Ladder Softcore won't affect EU Non-Ladder Hardcore.
