Fastest attack speed mace (WSM 0), lowest str req (41). Universal choice for all casters. Cheap and easy to find. Note: Flails can roll up to 5 sockets — you need a low ilvl Flail for exactly 4 from Larzuk.

Budget: War Scepter — ⚠️ War Scepter socket warning: ilvl 1–25 = 3 sockets, ilvl 26+ = 5 sockets (jumps straight to 5, skipping 4!). For HotO (4os), you CANNOT use Larzuk on a War Scepter. Find a natural 4os War Scepter drop only.

How to socket Larzuk on a Normal-difficulty Flail (ilvl 26–40) gives exactly 4 sockets. ilvl 41+ Flails get 5 — don't use those. Cube recipe (Ral+Amn+Perfect Amethyst+Normal Weapon) gives random 1–4 sockets (safe but unreliable). ⚠️ War Scepter: Larzuk gives 5 sockets at ilvl 26+ (too many). Find a natural 4os War Scepter if using it as a base.

⚡ ⚠️ Be careful with TZ Flails — Terror Zones scale monster levels up, which raises ilvl. A TZ Flail from Normal could exceed ilvl 40 and get 5 sockets from Larzuk instead of 4. Safest bet: farm non-terrorized Normal areas.
