How often do Terror Zones change?
Terror Zones rotate every hour, on the hour. The tracker shows the upcoming zone so you can plan your next farming session before the switch.
Why farm Terror Zones?
Terrorized areas scale monsters relative to your character level, which raises experience gains and loot potential compared to the same zone unterrorized — they are a core part of late-game leveling and farming.
Patch 3.3 / Season 15 (official notes): Herald Tiers 3+ have an increased chance to drop Rare-or-better items. Latent Sunder Charm minimum drop level increased 69→75; Magic Find Latent Sunder rate is reduced and those MF drops are Hell-only.
