Diablo IV

Season 15 — Season of Hell's Legacy — began on September 15, 2026, replacing Season 14 (Season of Death Awakening). Blizzard calls it the centerpiece of Diablo's 30th Anniversary celebration: the lost soul of Deckard Cain returns, and the seasonal questline sends you through recreated moments from the earlier games to confront the Prime Evils. It launched with patch 3.2.1 (Build #73552).

What's New

• Splinters of Evil: defeat echoes of Diablo beneath Tristram Cathedral, Baal at Arreat Summit, and Mephisto within the Durance of Hate, then bear one Prime Evil's Splinter. Its Iconic Power erupts from you in combat, and each Splinter has a reputation track that modifies different endgame activities.
• Waking Nightmares: recreated encounters from Diablo's past, from multi-level Capstone-type dungeons down to one-room open-world fights.
• Soul Splinters: eight seasonal gems with a boon and a liability; equip up to three in Jewelry slots.
• Legacy Uniques: nine new Uniques including Stone of Jordan, Messerschmidt's Reaver, and Henri's Perquisition.
• Shared War Plans: War Plans points are shared across alts in the same Eternal/Seasonal, Hardcore, and Solo Self-Found partitions.
• Mythic crafting: the Horadric Cube's Upgrade Direct Item to Mythic is now a 1:1 transfer; only Mythics made this way carry the Crafted tag, and you can equip one Crafted tag item.
• Rebirth moves an Eternal character to the Seasonal realm at level 1, and the Horadric Post delivers rewards and messages to your account.

Season Ranks

Nine ranks and 125 objectives, with rewards including up to 14 Skill Points, up to 42 Paragon points, 5 Mythic Unique Caches, and the Dark Wanderbear pet. Approximately 15% of Seasonal Objectives require the Lord of Hatred expansion.
