After a strong launch-week showing, the class settled into the lower-to-mid tier in Season 14 — no Paladin build currently reaches S- or A-tier on Maxroll's endgame list, with the class topping out at B. Divine Lance, Blessed Hammer, and Clash are the strongest current picks. This page ranks the live Season 14 endgame builds.
Provisional Season 14 rankings. Late S13 had Paladin mid-tier after the LoH rework; patch 3.1.0 buffed Paladin Oaths and skills. Treat these as a starting map until post-3.1.1 ladder data settles.
Divine Lance Paladin
Ranged holy-projectile build with strong mobility — one of the strongest current Paladin endgame picks.
Blessed Hammer Paladin
D2-feel Hammerdin revival — spiraling holy hammers for smooth magic-damage AoE. A top current pick and great for Echoing Hatred.
Clash Paladin
Aggressive charge-in Basic-skill build reworked with Lord of Hatred. Among the best Paladin builds this season.
Shield of Retribution Paladin
Tanky Blessed-Shield thorns build. Survives anything but clears slower than the top picks.
Zeal Paladin
Multi-strike melee with high attack-speed uptime; pairs with Aura of Wrath.
Arbiter Form auto-casts Wing Strikes for passive clear. Dominated Season 12, but the Lord of Hatred rework dropped it well down the ladder.

Mid-range melee Basic-attack setup with crit echoes.

Zenith Paladin
Late-game Oath-synergy build; niche and gear-hungry.
