Minion Warlock — Demon Summoner Endgame Build

Minion Warlock spawns legions of Lesser Demons, feeds them into rituals, and uses Soul Shard to summon Greater Demons for free. The Blade of Sight Aflame turns expiring Lesser Demons into Bombardment explosions worth 400% Bombardment damage — they're walking AoE bombs. Sigil of Summons doubles your damage output by copying Bombardment casts. Legion Shard trades 200 dead demons for a free Greater Demon. The result: pack-clearing dominance with strong survivability for a Warlock.

Build identity: Most Warlock builds are glass cannons. Minion Warlock is the durable Warlock — minions tank for you, Bindings of Attrition + Aspect of the Fortress + Blood Ritual stack damage reduction layers. Best Warlock for hardcore or Echoing Hatred deep wave runs.

How does Legion Shard work?

For every 200 Lesser Demons you churn through, Legion Shard summons a Greater Demon for free. Combined with Sigil of Summons → Summon Hellwyrm copying your Bombardment casts and doubling the rate of sacrificing demons, you maintain near-constant Greater Demon uptime in the late game.

Why does The Blade of Sight Aflame matter?

It transforms your Lesser Demons into Bombardment fodder. When their duration is close to running out, they explode for 400% of Bombardment damage. This is the build's primary AoE damage layer — Lesser Demons are walking AoE bombs, not just minions.

How tanky is the build?

Mid. Bindings of Attrition gives 30% damage reduction baseline. Aspect of the Fortress adds more when injured, and Blood Ritual drops you into injured status quickly to enable it. Run 1-2 rolls of Life on Hit on offensive pieces for sustain.
