Which Uber Bosses drop Mythic Uniques?

All summonable Lair Bosses have a chance at Mythic Uniques. Greater Lair Bosses (Duriel, Andariel, Butcher, Harbinger of Hatred) and Belial have the highest Mythic drop rates. Lair Bosses (Varshan, Grigoire, Lord Zir, Beast in the Ice, Urivar) drop Mythics less often.

The Lair Boss ladder is how you farm Mythic Uniques. Lair Bosses cost 1 Lair Key each. Greater Lair Bosses cost 1 Greater Lair Key each (and the Butcher\'s Hoard requires 3 Pounds of Flesh). Belial is the Pinnacle / Exalted Lair Boss accessed with 2 Betrayer\'s Husks. Astaroth is the Escalation final boss. Bartuc is the Infernal Hordes alt-boss for 666 Burning Aether.
