Penetrating Shot Rogue is the marquee ranged build of Lord of Hatred — focused on covering your entire screen in projectiles. It blasts enemies from any distance while permanent Cold Imbuement freezes the entire pack, and Shadow Clone plus the Shadow Shot variant create Shades that mirror your attacks.
