Grigoire is an early-endgame Lair Boss. The fight is entirely lightning-themed: arena shockwave on summon, mace slams that telegraph as red circles, Knights Penitent ring summons, and charged pylons that block movement. Lightning Resistance gear trivializes most of the chip damage. Drops include Gohr\'s Devastating Grips and The Oculus.

Fight Mechanics

Phase	Mechanic	How to Handle
Open	Arena shockwave	On summon, the platform lights up in expanding lightning squares from outer edge to center. Stand in the center until the last second, then dodge out before he lands. The opening test — fail it, eat half your HP.
Phase 1	Mace slam	Red electrified circles telegraph on the ground. Move out before they detonate or take massive lightning damage.
Phase 1	Mace swing	Wide swing arc that releases lingering sparking projectiles in his attack path. Stay mobile — projectiles linger and chip you down if you stand still after the swing.
Phase 1	Knights Penitent summons	Spawns a ring of knights surrounding you that converge inward. AoE-cleave them quickly while keeping boss damage up — they're weak HP, but stacked debuffs from their hits eat your survival budget.
Phase 2	Charged pylons	Pylons spawn around the room and become charged. Passing through a charged pylon deals heavy damage. Position near center as he begins charging — gives you the most safe paths to navigate around them.
Throughout	Stagger bar	Standard Lair Boss stagger bar. CC + DoT effects fill it. Stagger window is huge here because Grigoire stops his pylon-charge mechanics during stagger — perfect time for the burst phase.
