The Butcher returns as a Greater Lair Boss in Lord of Hatred — same iconic "Fresh meat!" entrance, now with a dedicated lair and Mythic Unique loot table. The Butcher is pure aggressive melee: Frenzied Cleaver charges, a Hooked Chain that yanks you into range, and a Spinning Cleaver whirlwind that punishes anyone trying to trade in melee.
